We are seeking a Nursing Administration Recruitment Assistant you will be responsible for provide recruitment and administration support to the Nursing Administration Department, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
* To undertake the administration of the recruitment process for all employees that fall within the Nursing Administration department, incorporating the following:- * Applying for work permits * All paperwork in place, ie., offer letters, reference requests, qualification documentation, occupational health clearance, CRB checks, arranging accommodation. * To assist managers in maintaining robust recruitment procedures and documentation, i.e., processing of application forms, following up CVs and completing a recruitment status report. * To liase with the HR Administration Assistant with regards to placing internal and external advertisements. * To liase with managers and external agencies regarding vacancies and recruitment progress reports. * To liase with the Nursing Administration Assistant with regards to the administration of new starters and leavers. * To deal with and act upon enquires from managers, internal staff and external callers. * To attend meetings and take minutes. * To prepare reports as and when required. * To participate in the Match Bank rota system and take responsibility for the booking system when allocated. * To undertake any project work as directed by the Nursing Administration Officer Co-ordinator. * To maintain any databases as required. * To compile and maintain all personnel files held within the department. * To undertake all general office duties i.e., photocopying and filing. * To provide cover in the absence of colleagues. * Perform duties to the highest standards, adhering to company policy and procedures. * Keep abreast with recent developments in HR and employment law. * To undertake any other duties as required by the Nursing Administration Department.
KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING
Good level of education - GCSEs Computer literate - Word*Excel Administration experience preferred
PROBLEM SOLVING ABILITY
Day to day administration Prioritise workload Resolving queries in a timely manner Staffing issues
SKILLS AND EFFORT
